Where do I ship my Erchonia equipment if I need service?
You will ship your equipment to our facility in Fountain Inn, SC - 112 Southchase Blvd., Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Please put Attn: Service Department
Do I send my Erchonia equipment in for service or can parts be sent to me for self service?
Erchonia strives for only the best quality therefore we do all repairs in house to insure our customers the best quality possible.
How do you recommend I ship in my Erchonia equipment?
We recommend, FedEx or UPS they are the most reliable, If you do not have a box or foam to pack the unit up, you may go to FedEx or UPS store and they can pack it up for you.
Is there any kind of warranty after repairs have been done?
Yes, you have a 90 day warranty on everything parts, labor, shipping, etc. all Batteries and Diodes you will have a 1 year warranty.
How does the process work on getting my Erchonia equipment serviced?
The first step you need to contact a representative in our service department by phone or e-mail to setup a service order, Second step once service order is setup, pack equipment up safely put your service order # on the outside of the box and on the inside, once we receive the equipment we will contact you by phone or e-mail letting you know we have received it, it will then go out to our technicians who will examine the equipment, once it’s been looked over we will contact you by phone or e-mail letting you know the diagnoses and cost to have the unit repaired, once we received approval to move forward with the repair we will collect payment over the phone or through e-mail then fix the unit, ship it out and e-mail you the tracking #.
How long is the turnaround time for servicing my Erchonia equipment?
3-5 business days once we receive it in our facility, Also please keep in mind this does not include your shipping days to and from Erchonia.

What side effects can my patients expect?
There are no known negative side effects of low-level laser therapy. Since it’s a non-invasive procedure, Emerald Laser requires no preparation and no recovery time. Patients can resume normal activities immediately following a session. Some patients have reported drowsiness. Emerald Laser also avoids any long-term side effects by ensuring fat cells are never destroyed.
Does low-level laser therapy cause heat damage or cancer in the tissue?
No. A low-level laser is non-heat producing an doesn’t alter cell structure. The laser irradiation is non-ionizing so it does not collect in the tissue.
Are there any complications to treatments that I should notify my patients about?

Applications
What’s the difference between Lasers vs. LED?
LASER is a monochromatic source of light as it generates the light of single wavelength. LED is a non-coherent source of light, i.e. its photons are out of phase. In clincial studies, Erchonia used LED as the sham treatment.
How long does it take for the laser to heal or improve a condition?
This is dependent of the application; however, progress is immediately evident.
How is low-level laser therapy administered?
The mechanics of low low-level laser therapy is administered is based on the indication for use; however, generally, you simply lie down on a table and an operator directs the lasers appropriately. The probe containing the laser diode(s) are position over the treatment area at a distance of anywhere from 3” – 4” Each session takes about 30 minutes. A full package includes 6-12 sessions.
Is low-level laser therapy painful?
No, most people do not feel anything. For those that have reported a feeling, it is nothing more than a slight tingling.
